Project Management Institute (PMI) Scholarships
We would like to thank the Project Management Institute for the donation of these scholarships.
The Scholarships
The following 2 scholarships are available.
The scholarships will be awarded on merit with the key criteria being ‘how you feel this scholarship could help you to make a difference to the Project Management profession or to help you to achieve best practice’. The scholarships are only available for the next intake.
The conditions of the scholarships are as follows:
The scholarships must be used to reduce the scholarship winners course fees and scholarship winners must:
- Be legally resident in Australia
- Demonstrate support from their employer
- Meet Charles Sturt University’s criteria for acceptance into the respective courses
- Meet the Project Management Institute’s eligibility criteria for the relevant industry certification exam that they will be undertaking in the respective courses
- Become members of an Australian PMI Chapter for (at a minimum) the duration of their courses’

Applications for the Scholarship will close on the 18th of January, 2010 and the winners will be announced in February, 2010.

There is no prescribed application form - you are required to submit a typewritten application of no more than 400 words incorporating the information as prescribed below.

Application Process:
Applicants are required to submit a typewritten application which addresses the selection criteria in accordance with Scholarship Application Guidelines. The combined word count for Sections C & D should not exceed 400 words. Scholarships can only be awarded to applicants who have been offered a position in the one of the courses listed above.
