Graduate Certificate in Account Management

Objectives:

The Graduate Certificate in Account Management aims to prepare graduates who are able to:

  • research a customer's business, objectives, culture and environment
  • develop sales solutions that focus on the customer's priorities
  • develop and present sales proposals and presentations that clearly, concisely, and credibly present solutions that meets the client's needs
  • define clear objectives and strategies for managing accounts .

The course is suitable for those in management roles including account managers, relationship managers, product managers and any member of the sales force aspiring to learn the objectives of this course as listed above.

Course Structure:

The course consists of 4 subjects with a total value of 32 points.
For students that do not qualify for any credit, the recommended duration to complete the Graduate Certificate is 2 Sessions. There are 3 sessions per year and we recommend a commitment of 2 subjects per session.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants to this course are required to:

  • have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or a qualification deemed to be equivalent.

OR

  • academic qualifications and/or at least 5 years work experience acceptable to the University

Credit:

Academic credit is available to students who can provide proof that they have passed relevant industry examinations. Request more information to obtain an estimate of your credit entitlements.

NOTE: The actual level of credit awarded will be confirmed upon acceptance into the Graduate Certificate.
