Graduate Certificate in Professional Sales

Charles Sturt University has partnered with leading sales professionals and IT Masters to develop a unique Postgraduate qualification that:

  • Minimizes sales down time:  All facets of the course are delivered after hours or at weekend workshops using the University’s state of the art Distance Education delivery platform.  Apart from attending exams, sales staff will not miss sales opportunities because they are attending training sessions.
  • Maximises learning and retention: unlike the ‘fire hose’ approach used in traditional classroom sales training courses, sales staff will study and apply best practice sales techniques over 14 week study sessions.  The extended training timeframe plus the rigorous assessment processes incorporated into the course means that the sales processes become embedded behaviour.
